Active, not recruiting one-visit autoantibody screen in underserved children and adults in eight Florida counties who have a relative with T1D, another autoimmune disease, or suspected misdiagnosed T1D. Actual enrolment 115. It finds people at risk; it is not a treatment trial.

The full picture
ACCESS-T1D is a local relatives-and-autoimmune-risk screen, closer to other regional programmes than to a national population screen. A completed blood draw is not a published yield, and it does not change how teplizumab or any other delay therapy is ranked.
