Cadisegliatin phase 3 adjunct to insulin

vTv Therapeutics phase 3 trial testing cadisegliatin, a liver-selective glucokinase activator, as an insulin adjunct to reduce level-2/3 hypoglycemia in adults with type 1 diabetes. Recruitment has closed; follow-up continues.

  • Change in incidence of level-2 or level-3 hypoglycemia
