Autologous CD6-CAR Tregs for stage-3 T1D

City of Hope pilot study testing whether autologous anti-CD6 chimeric antigen receptor regulatory T cells can be manufactured and safely infused in adults with stage-3 type 1 diabetes.

Primary endpoints

  • Toxicity including CRS, ICANS, hyperglycemia and DKA
  • Feasibility of investigational product manufacture
