Dapagliflozin plus pioglitazone in T1D

Adjunct metabolic trial adding pioglitazone or placebo after a dapagliflozin lead-in in type 1 diabetes, testing whether the combination improves HbA1c without amplifying ketones. Recruitment has closed; follow-up continues.

  • Decrease in HbA1c
