INHALE-1st: Afrezza for youth with newly diagnosed T1D

MannKind phase 2 single-arm study of Afrezza (Technosphere insulin) plus basal insulin in children and adolescents aged 10 to under 18 with newly diagnosed stage 3 type 1 diabetes.

Primary endpoints

  • Percentage of participants with CGM-measured time-in-range at least 70% at 13 weeks
