Sanofi registry for stage 2 T1D and Tzield treatment

Long-term Sanofi registry following people with stage 2 type 1 diabetes, including those treated with Tzield (teplizumab-mzwv) as standard care, to collect safety, pregnancy, and disease-course data.

Primary endpoints

  • Adverse events of special interest over approximately 10 years
  • Serious adverse events over approximately 10 years
  • Maternal, fetal, and infant outcomes after pregnancy exposure
