ZT-01 to prevent nocturnal hypoglycemia

Zucara phase 2a crossover study of ZT-01, a somatostatin-receptor antagonist intended to restore glucagon release during lows, for nocturnal hypoglycemia in adults with T1D.

Primary endpoints

  • Rate of nocturnal (midnight to 06:00) hypoglycemic events below 54 mg/dL (3.0 mmol/L) lasting at least 15 minutes, versus placebo
