Registry: NCT03929601. Registered endpoint checked: C-Peptide Response to 2-hr MMTT at 24 months post-randomization (48-months from Day 0). Eligibility check: Registry age 8 Years to 45 Years; substantive diagnosis/stage, device and other inclusion restrictions were compared with the public eligibility summary. The registry remains the source for full exclusions. Accessible primary literature: Rituximab, B-lymphocyte depletion, and preservation of beta-cell function.; Co-stimulation modulation with abatacept in patients with recent-onset type 1 diabetes: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial..
