Registry: NCT04774224. Registered endpoint checked: The primary endpoint of the study is the change from baseline of plasma C-peptide area under the curve (AUC) over 2 hours following a mixed meal. (Measured at 48 weeks post commencement of intervention.). Eligibility check: Registry age 10 Years to 30 Years; substantive diagnosis/stage, device and other inclusion restrictions were compared with the public eligibility summary.
