MicroTech lists a 23 g wearable pump with a bolus calculator, temporary basal rates and extended bolus support. Its product page specifies adjustable bolus increments down to 0.025 units; local instructions determine the available settings.1

Commercialization is documented in the company’s annual report. Current June 2026 communications still distinguish Equil from a developing artificial-pancreas system, so Equil must not be described as an already commercial closed-loop product.23
