The current manufacturer page identifies transmitter MD1158 and sensor MD3658. It describes up to 14-day wear, readings every two minutes, optional calibration, and configurable predictive high/low warnings. It can run independently with EasySense or integrate with compatible Medtrum pumps; regional models differ.1
